My name is TERRY GALLYOT and I was born in the historical city of Malacca, Malaysia on the 17th of July, 1969.I ‘m Eurasian, a mix of French, German and Chinese.
As a kid, I have always been intrigued by such powerful physiques possessed by bodybuilders that I came across in magazines and television, since then all I could think of was to look like my idols.
Back in 1987, at the age of 17, I decided to start weight training. I never looked back since and along my bodybuilding career I won numerous bodybuilding titles from state to national and even international levels.
In 1991, I accomplished yet another one of my ambitions, and that was to own my own gym, hence the establishment of ULTIMATE GYM.
I cater proper training programs, advice and facilities to all my clients.
Apart from all this, I am also working on promoting bodybuilding and fitness related events….and who knows, some day Ultimate Gym and Terry Gallyot will be a household name.
